Children can learn about rock art and draw their own cave art in our Native American exhibit. Kids can practice Chinese letters on rice paper in the Martha Franks collection or play hopscotch, learn cursive and draw on the board in the school room. They can weave, match fabrics or color a picture in our children's textile space. Children can also sit quietly with a book or play a game of tic tac toe. The favorite, however, is meeting Laurence the Squirrel and 8 of his furry friends hiding throughout the museum!
